Full Paper
A full paper is required for consideration of publication in the conference proceedings.
Presentation Only
An abstract submission is required for presentation-only participation without publication.
Original Work
Submissions must not be under review or consideration by another conference or journal.
Submission Method
- Prepare your manuscript using the official ICCS 2027 IEEE conference template.
- Export and carefully check both Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF versions.
- Ensure both files are consistent, complete and ready for peer review.
- Until the online submission portal becomes available, submit both files by email.
Academic Integrity & Ethics
Academic integrity is a fundamental principle of scholarly communication, requiring honesty, rigor and responsibility in research. It includes the avoidance of plagiarism, data fabrication and any form of academic misconduct.
All submitted manuscripts must strictly adhere to these ethical standards. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to reject any submission that violates academic integrity standards at any stage of the review process.
Papers found to contain plagiarism, excessive similarity or unethical content—either during review or after publication—may be rejected or removed from the proceedings. Authors will bear full responsibility for consequences arising from such violations.
Review and publication
Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two Technical Program Committee experts. Accepted papers, subject to registration and presentation, will be included in the proceedings and submitted for EI Compendex and Scopus indexing. Indexing remains subject to the evaluation policies of the respective databases.
